I have a Hue bridge that is managed by an Apple TV 4k. Updated the phone, no issues. So as soon as I downloaded 13.1 all of my Hue lights in the Home App say they are not responding. I power cycled the Hue bridge and also reset the HomeKit settings within the Hue app. Anyone else noticing any Hue issues since install iOS 13.1?
Your iPhone is compatible, and also 1st and 2nd gen Airpods should be, according to 9to5Mac:I thought this update would fix the error um having since iOS 13, but it didn’t. I’m not able to use audio sharing... I’m on iPhone 8+, isn’t it supported? I’m trying to connect two AirPods(1gn and 2gn), but it’s not working. Am I doing something wrong?

I cannot notice any such glitch on iPhone 8 PlusAnybody notice that when your in the Settings app, and you rotate your phone to horizontal, it always defaults to the General settings? Is this a feature or a bug? 🤷‍♂️ Kinda drives me nuts!
No update for home pod yet
I have two Apple TVs and a HomePod managing my HomeKit stuff. I downloaded iOS 13.1 on my phone. As soon as it finished installing I told Siri on my HomePod to turn off lights and said it couldn’t find the lights. When I checked the Home app on my phone it said that every light had no response. Now after about 30 min to an hour a few of the lights have started to be seen in the Home app.I have a Hue bridge that is managed by an Apple TV 4k. Updated the phone, no issues.
Are you having your Hue bridge managed by the device you updated? (That would per definition be an iPad then...)
Capture outside the frame in the camera app still doesn't work in iOS 13.1.
Yes it showed up for me but for some reason my profile doesn’t show the beta profile but something else never seen beforeDoes the update show up for anyone on iOS 13.1 beta 4? I removed the beta profile, but still not seeing it
Surprised! I couldn't see it. This was a screen cap on an iPhone 8 PlusWhat I’d like to know is how you can physically see something move 1 pixel
Showed for me as well. Check your profile and does your profile section show the following like mineI was on beta 4 as well (updated without using the beta profile to put it on my new iPhone 11 Pro Max). The 13.1 download just showed up for me as well, so I'm going to install it.
I read the HomePod update will be available on October 30.No HomePod update, likely next week or October.
I had to restart the phone for the update to show up.50 mins after the release no luck for me. still show 13.0 as up to date on my iPhone, keep refreshing. My iPad is updated though.
Since I have a new phone, anything is better than 13.0WHat’s the verdict?
Devs on Twitter seem to be saying wait for 13.2. 13.1, while not the dumpster fire that 13.0 was, is still a hot mess.
What say ye?
Still not touching iOS 13... even with a 13-foot pole.
It is different. So you should remove the beta profile and update. Is this the same as beta 4, or should I be removing a beta profile now?
what email "problems" were you having?Hope the E-Mail problems are fixed
I have been trying to download iOS 13.1 for the last 3 hours with nothing happening, just only with the message ''estimating time remaining......''
Apple today released iOS and iPadOS 13.1, marking the first update to the iOS 13 operating system that launched in mid-September. The new iOS 13.1 update comes just days after the release of iOS 13 and coincides with the launch of new iPhones.
The iOS 13.1 update is available on all eligible devices over-the-air in the Settings app. To access the update, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Apple started beta testing iOS 13.1 prior to when iOS 13 even launched, which was a surprise move as the company has never before released a point update for new software before when the software has come out.
Given Apple's early testing, it's no surprise that iOS 13.1 is coming not too long after iOS 13 became available for download. It's worth noting that iOS 13.1 is the first version of iOS 13 that's available for the 7th-generation iPod touch.
iOS 13.1 is an update that brings back several of the features that were removed during the iOS 13 beta testing. Shortcuts Automations, for example, are back.
With Automations in the Shortcuts app, you can create personal and home automations using the Shortcuts app to have certain actions performed when specific conditions occur. It's a powerful tool that adds a lot of utility to the Shortcuts app.

Share ETA, a feature removed during beta testing, lets users share their estimated time of arrival to a location with a friend or family member, allowing the friend or family member to follow along with the trip.

The volume indicator has been tweaked in iOS 13.1. If you have certain headphones or audio devices connected (AirPods, Powerbeats Pro, HomePod, and Beats headphones) there are special indicators that feature a unique icon that matches your listening device. There's also a special icon for when two headphones are connected to an iPhone or iPad.
The update brings the audio sharing feature introduced in iOS 13 to all Beats headphones with an H1 and W1 chip, expanding the feature from just the AirPods and Powerbeats Pro. Audio sharing, as the name suggests, allows multiple sets of headphones to be connected to a single iPhone.

HomeKit icons have been overhauled in iOS 13.1, with much more detailed, realistic designs. There are new Reading Goals options for PDF, a change to the Nike branding (it's no longer Nike+), and several other smaller tweaks outlined in our tidbits article.
Full release notes for the update are available below:

Get a notification for e-mail, open the app and there's no mail. Takes around 20 seconds to loadIt is different. So you should remove the beta profile and update.
