I did have to remove the beta profile to get it to kick on.

I sure thought there'd be an update after beta 4. Live Photos for iPhone 11 Pro are missing on beta 4. Still no update showing, so I guess they're rolling with it?

once I un-enrolled (delete the dev profile) in the dev beta the download showed up. It might just be coincidence on the timing.
