For those on iOS 13.1 beta 4, delete beta profile, reboot phone and voila, OTA will be available around 3.49gb on iPhone XS Max.

Still not showing up for me. Checking OTA I get an error and then on the computer it shows 13.0 is the latest.

I’m gonna wait to download this till later in the afternoon. I’m still running 12.4.1 and it’s working just fine for me. No need to update unless I can be sure there isn’t going to be any real bugs.

You can never really be sure. Many people have Mail issues, but then some don’t have it at all. Or you may have a specific bug that not many do either.

Not sure why you would do it on a personal device in the first place. It’s for people looking to improve iOS, not play around with it for fun just to get it first.

13.1 finally showed up in my iTunes for update. Less than one minute to go on the download. I gotta say, I will not miss 13.0 on my iPhone 7, it trashed my battery life. But honestly, what was I thinking, it's 13!?!?!?!?

How about fixing the issue that over 60% of my photos are missing on my iPhone after updating it to iOS13? I have a much of empty squares where the photos should be. No, it should not take a week to download from iClould as some said.

Originally showed up on my iPhone 11 Pro Max as a roughly 3 GB download. The screen refreshed and now shows as 506.2 MB download
