Not quite. They are usually posted when the update is actually released.

I just realized iPadOS 13.0 isn't coming until Sept 30th, when iOS 13.1 is coming out. Please Apple, I liked the idea of the iPads getting their own OS, but don't start fragmenting, like Android.

iPhone update has rolled out quicker than the iPad update.

iPad isn't getting iOS 13 until 13.1 is released at the end of the month.

Edit: Make that a little bit earlier, in just about 5 days (September 24th).
