Do a force restart on your phone. I removed the beta profile, and it restarted and it was there. So maybe a hard restart fixes it.

I hope we can add fitness+ by change region. Today The Netherlands goes in lockdown so that would be a good timing.

Sometimes it shows up a few minutes before the hour, sometimes a little after. When it actually becomes available to different people in different places with different devices depends on variety of other factors (especially when OTA is involved and distribution among the CDN).
