Downloaded 14.3 on iPad Pro. Can’t find the Fitness app in the App Store and it didn’t install with iOS 14.3 either.

I can see the Fitness app on the iPhone App Store but not on the iPad one. I sent the link via Airdrop from iPhone to iPad but get this error message.

It's supposed to let me download this update over cellular if I have 5G and Allow More Data Over 5G set to on. When I tap on Download and Install, it gives me the warning about downloading over cellular, I tap on Continue, but nothing happens. The download doesn't start.

Downloading the update on my Mom's iPad and after downloading the update its on the "Preparing update" part and its still spinning its been a few min already

My supposed 3 month free trial isn’t showing up either.
Seeing on another thread the advice is to make sure both watch and iPhone have been updated.

Also, my free trials have been showing up in settings for Arcade and AppleCare+, so it may be worth checking there too

Can someone please report if this fixes the battery issue affecting "older" devices in 14.2?
With something like battery information of that sort won't really be known for a few days/charge cycles (especially when it comes to something that not everyone has consistently been experiencing to the same degree).

iOS 14.3 is out and still they haven't fixed the issue with error 4000 when updating the iphone through itunes. THEY ARE PATHETIC. and don't tell me the workaround to remove the passcode or through recovery mode. i need it to work as it should.
