Have you tried “reset network settings?”Nothing will send or download, it shows 5G. Imessages wont send. Can’t go to webpages. So far I missed one phone call, it sent me a voicemail when I connected back to Wi-Fi.

My daughter is right next to me and her phone is working correctly, so I doubt that its a local tower, plus t-mobil says there isn’t any outagesEsim or physical sim?
Yes, i reset network, restarted the phone, toggled airplane mode, and restored the phone, all with no resultHave you tried “reset network settings?”
He restored the device and restored his iCloud backup. I’d assume network settings have been reset at least once.Have you tried “reset network settings?”
I am on another phone with a senior apple advisor now, if they dont fix it, this will be my next step. How about reset the phone and set up as new. Does it work then? If so, it’s something in your backup.
Yes the network settings have been resetHe restored the device and restored his iCloud backup. I’d assume network settings have been reset at least once.
Happened to my wife when she was on iOS 14. Had to factory reset the phone and magically it started connecting to cell towers again.I NEED HELP!!!!
I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 15.0.1 today. Before this update Cell service was working fine. After this update I have no data. I have toggled airplane mode, reset network settings, and even went so far as to reset the entire phone and set up from an iCloud backup.
I am on the support iMessage with apple support now and they are clueless…. My rep went so far as to argue with me over iOS 15.0 being the latest official version, I had to send her the support article detailing iOS 15.0.1 being the newest.
They have no idea, what’s going on. They told me to contact my carrier about the data, I have a call back scheduled (two hour wait).
Anyone have any ideas? Am I the only one?
Thanks, i have restored one time so far, then set up from an iCloud backup. I may set up as new here nextHappened to my wife when she was on iOS 14. Had to factory reset the phone and magically it started connecting to cell towers again.
i thought her SIM or hardware died (wifi and bluetooth worked fine) but a complete reset fixed it. I took it to the Apple store and it passed every diagnostic, so something is faulty with the software.
Same here...with no solution as yet. Have reset net connections etc. (as per Apple phone help)...no success yet. Very frustrating as this is obviously something they have done.I just tried updating my new iPad Mini 6 and it’s been stuck on the apple screen for over two hours. I tried a hard reset (volume buttons and then hold down lower) and it still gets stuck on the apple screen on reboot. Grrrrr.
No..phone updated ok....iPadPro has been 'verifying / installing' on and off for about 5 hours!I NEED HELP!!!!

It just didn't restore properly. Had photos and video that refused to download from iCloud/showed errors. Things just didn't work quite right. Restoring from iCloud fixed all the issues though.I only use encrypted local backups. When you say it was a disaster, are you saying the backup can’t be trusted?
Okay. It’s fixed. I had to plug in into my Mac and restore from it.No..phone updated ok....iPadPro has been 'verifying / installing' on and off for about 5 hours!
did this update fix the unresponsive tapping to wake when screen is locked?
You may need to go into the storage settings and delete the download. Then reboot and try again.Same here. iPhone fine, iPad Pro 9.7 fine, iPad Pro 10.5 "verifying" or "installing" for hours. Reset network settings, reset iPad, no joy. It was fine before this![]()
Yep. If it hasn't been posted already, I picked up an iPhone 13 mini for work that I had pre-ordered on the 1st day from an Apple Store.iP13 came with 1 version lower than the official iOS 15 final build.
