So now that iOS 15 is out we can now remove the beta profile? Or should I keep it ?

I believe that new "hello" screen is only available when you set up an iPhone as new.
That makes sense. I just tried to upgrade the iPad but since i only have a 16 GB iPad Air 2, the update isn't showing up for the computer yet. I bought the iPad back when having small space for a consumption device only wasn't so bad.

I’ve avoided the betas this year since the beta versions of iOS cause my device to fail security posturing for my organization (which is understandable) so this is my first look at iOS 15.

So much wasted space and poor design choices in some of the menus. Safari is a major step backwards. I immediately put single tab mode back on, but the new tab browser is painfully inefficient.

For the first time ever since I got my first iPhone, the 3GS, I’m holding off updating a major iOS x.0 point release until the next point release.

I didn’t try any of the betas over the summer but they seemed rocky, by most accounts.

Having been burnt once by installing the terrible 13.0 release which bogged down my flawlessly fast 12.x XR, I’ll take a wait and see attitude (I did install 14.0 though - I was very happy to be off 13!).

Good luck all you pioneers 👍

I was hoping to be able to be able to switch back to the stack UI for Safari but it doesn’t seem to be possible. This new one is terrible.

Ok. So this is my first hands-on with Safari in iOS 15 and WOW - immediately seeing some really nice UX improvements.
The address bar at the bottom is a muuuuuch more user-friendly UX. And swiping between open tabs is also a welcome improvement. Also digging the visual and functional update to the Open Tabs view. So... Much... Better. #approved

Will those who have automatically update iOS be on iOS 15 tomorrow or will it stay on iOS 14?

Won’t install on my iPad Pro 9.7
RC is installed and profile removed, but todays release hangs on verifying for the last couple of hours.
