Is that spotlight bug fixed too?
I fixed that by disabling in each app individually everything except Show in search results.
iPhone 14 PM - battery today was 71% after 9 hours of usage: some youtube, safari a lot, slack, emails, Facebook messenger and a couple of low light photos.

interesting observation about the copy and paste bug I hadn't noticed at a glance: the apostrophe is upside down lol

AWESOME! Been staring at my iPhone 14 Pro box since launch day, waiting for some of these bugs to get worked out before tearing into the packaging. Going to monitor this thread to ensure all's good but from the sounds of it, I can now upgrade from my 12 pro and get that shiny new new going with the 14 pro!

This might shock you, but when the phone goes from being used by dozens of employees to being used by millions of users in the matter of 24 hours, that’s when the majority of bugs are found.
Just look at the copy paste bug, one of the leaders of the team that created that feature literally said they never saw an issue internally
I have had launch day iPhones for quite a while like many others here.
I don’t care about software bugs as long as they are fixed in a timely fashion.
This years bug was hardware damaging, and I couldn’t get a replacement in the third world. So yeah. Disappointed with the launch experience of a $2100 phone.

I admire your willpower to resist moving everything over...

My wife's 14 Pro has camera focus issues in the stock camera app.
Hoping this will address that issue as well. It would lock focus and then go blurry over and over again.

It shows as IOS 16 insteas of 16.0.2.
But is has the correct release notes.
Is this normal ?
What do you guys see ?
The 16.0.1 had the same thing, but in "About," it would show the correct version once installed.

If you wait until all the bugs are worked out, you will never use the thing.

if you were hesitant before, I would say still wait for 16.1 and such. unless the copy+paste prompt was a deal breaker from upgrading, most of these seem geared towards the new devices (imo)

Indeed. I was hoping to see more substantial bug fixes before 16.1. They’ve already broken sync between iPhone and iPad, no point coordinating the releases now. Give us the bug fixes now and Stage Manager later.
