Appeared in Illinois about 6 past hour. Download seemed oddly fast down to zero seconds then nothing happened for last bit as I guess it paused but never got that message and then was done preparing.... and not long after verifying. Installed and done at 38 past hour for me on iPhone 14 ProMax. All is well. Finishing up iPad Pro and MacBook Ventura as well now. Busy day have not looked at HomePod or Apple TV yet

Same here in Iowa, towards the end it went to paused for a bit and then currently says preparing update.

RC was 20B79 and this is 20B82, so three builds newer. Install again.

Woohoo both my iPhone 13 and my iPad 9 are on the 16.1 now. It was the smoothest and fastest update ever.

Interesting, already had the RC 16.1 build and removed the profile and it wants me to update again, wonder what changed.

Edit: Watch 9.1 RC and Homepod minis RC and iPad 16.1 RC seem to be the same builds though as there is no updates for those.
