Here's hoping (again) that the pesky auto zoom bug w/ my Logitech Combo configuration is resolved. I've tried all the tricks to this point, and the damned thing still zooms from time to time no matter what app I pull up (Apple or otherwise).

Does this also fix the notification location on the Lock Screen? The "List" option seems to do nothing with the notifications still being at the bottom since 16.0.

Excellent. I just updated my iPad but I’m not seeing any notification about the update to the Home app requiring all devices to be upgraded. Did the Home app update get removed from the initial 16.2 release?

*Edit*

HomePods need to be updated first.
Can you please explain what you mean? If I update my iPhone then I will need to update my AppleTv and my homepod as well If I want to stream to them? Where can I get info about this?

Update option is under Home Settings. Looks like the default is off so you control when to update.

If you want to use the new homekit architecture all of your devices will need to be updated to use it

Seems Apple Music Sing can’t handle some singers like Céline Dion well. The vocal remains distinguishable sometimes, and humming is not omitted at all.

Thanks for the answer but I still don’ get it. I ONLY want to update my iPhone to 16.2 I want to keep all my other devices to the OS they are running on now. I don’t care at all about a new homekit architecture. If I upgrade my iPhone to 16.2 will I still be able to stream music to my Homepod if I do not update the Homepod? Yes? No?

Yes

Still can’t enable advanced data protection, I get the error “something went wrong, try again later.” I had to remove iCloud from my PC, which I did and I have a recovery key setup. Not sure what the issue is but it happens on both my phone and iPad.
If your devices are new (newer than 2 months) the option to enable advanced data protection will not be available

The iPhone was new to my account but I've had my iPad for over a year. I didn't get a date for when I could enable it like others had, just a generic, "something went wrong" message. I was able to get it to work though by disabling my recovery key, enabling advanced data protection and then was able to turn the recovery key back on so all good. Now just need Windows iCloud to be updated so I can log in with that too.
