Yeah but the joke at what in particular is what I was questioning. Guess contemplating was misssed. Oh well

Just noticed that the Weather app has a "cosmetic" change as well. "Precipitation" has been changed to "Rainfall":

Can't for sure say it came with 16.4.1, but haven't noticed it before and I fairly often go in and use this menu.

I would imagine today’s users are not comfortable with a five-syllable word like “precipitation” but can mostly handle the two-syllable “rainfall.” Language is hard.
