Thank you! That worked! 🙏I had to pull down on this screen to initiate an update check to get it.
I haven’t used Safari since it first released Private Browsing. Have of the usual sites I use just don’t load. These are main sites like CNBC etc. I’ve stuck with DDG as my browser for years. I don’t know what Apple’s problem is with Safari.Do you have Private Browsing enabled? If so, maybe Apple's having issues with that given all the updates released today?
I wonder what's behind this. It's very hit and miss with many like myself having great battery life. I wonder if it's certain app usage or something about the phone model.I'm still holding off until the problems with battery life become a little less prominent.
There's complaints about every new iOS version, but this year it sounds particularly bad.
It's probably the first time for me to not update close to release.
RC on my iPhone 17 seemed to work fine with wired CarPlay. Wireless CarPlay on the other hand has frequent disconnects on multiple head units for me (same reported by several others on here). I'll get to try again with GA in an hour or so.Anyone tried wired CarPlay with a 17 device yet? I'd like to consider that a fairly crucial fix/flaw since since it freezes and hangs consistently when driving requiring you to plug and unplug (sometimes) and other times a full vehicle restart to get it working again. I'm actually shocked this hasn't gotten more vocal press and publicity that carplay if you're wired is basically useless if you have a 17 device.
I thought .1 was for me….But I guess I’m a .2 guy now.I'm still holding off until the problems with battery life become a little less prominent.

My guess is that Apple made it laggy so people in the Apple Stores would choose Pro over Regular….Im praying this fixes the ungodly lag I have on my phone when I attempt to reorganize app icons. It takes me so long to trick it to work.

It shows that size but if you go into storage once it’s been downloaded onto the device then check the size of the install it’s not as much as that on the device it will be much less12.79 GB for my iPhone 17 Air - Wowie. That's not small. Also interesting - Monday after 1pm...
Siri was never a vamp. One point closer to a revamped Siri.
