Apple Releases iOS 7.1 Beta 3 to Developers

Will it fix the issue with the iPad Air where it constantly reloads Safari and Facebook due to low memory issues? So very annoying. iPad 4 never did that.

Damn that looks the best I've ever seen, iOS 6 be damned. I never liked the way the top and bottom bars took up too much space in the call screen in pre-7 iOS versions. Is that 7.1 or your own design?

That is posted in the Apple website... Thats how it was before beta 3...
 
Hi friends, iOS 7.1 beta 3 for iPhone 4 also control and reporting center we want to be transparent apple of our voice heard! Plesaeeeee !!! I've been translating from Turkish may be wrong. because I am from Turkey
