Will it fix the issue with the iPad Air where it constantly reloads Safari and Facebook due to low memory issues? So very annoying. iPad 4 never did that.

Damn that looks the best I've ever seen, iOS 6 be damned. I never liked the way the top and bottom bars took up too much space in the call screen in pre-7 iOS versions. Is that 7.1 or your own design?

That is posted in the Apple website... Thats how it was before beta 3...

They need to stop offering "Accessibility Options" and just get the design right in the first place, rather than hiding options for the complainers in a menu that should be about making the phone more accessible for the impaired.
