I'm getting this from the original article on page 1 of this thread:

"The company also lists several known issues, suggesting that iOS 7.1 is not yet ready for public release.

According to a recent report, iOS 7.1 will see a lengthy testing period with a public release coming in March. Beta 3's release notes indicate that a number of known issues remain with iOS 7.1, which must be fixed before the software can see a general release."

Yep, goofed during the editing/updating process. Fixed it...thanks.

No OTA update for me yet, I'm on iOS 7.1 Beta 2, did you gets get prompted to update?

Hope to see a new version of the Safari icon without the whitespace in the next beta. (That is the only icon that slightly bothers me)

Disable the parallax by turning Reduce Motion on - problem fixed. It's not a bug.

But do you need to do that anymore? Now when you set the wallpaper there's an option for "motion" on that very screen. There is a screenshot many posts above.

EDIT: Nope, apparently you don't. Thank you, Poster Who Got There Before Me.

PLEASE just fix the following:
  • Allow me to delete my voicemails
  • Fix the fingerprint reader
  • Prevent Safari from crashing

PLEASE?!?!?

Does anyone remember this many bugs in iOS6?

It seems Apple is admitting there is too many bugs and 7.1 will be released in March....it just seems like they were not ready for this release...I just don't understand how they could NOT have been ready.

Tell me what bugs you know of in 7.1 beta. The only one I know is the Multitasking from open app Status bar merge glitch that's been around since early 7.0 beta. Since then, the rest i just developer compatibility glitches with the new Xcode and iOS 7.

Software is not easy to just "fix". Sometimes, you need a lot of research to find the best possible solution so you don't introduce more unexpected bugs.

Have you ever released a software update to 100's of millions of people around the globe? Probably not.
