iPhone 4S user here: Disable "Reduce Motion".
If you want to enable the effect but disable the wallpaper paralax effect, you can turn "perspective zoom" off while changing your background.
There isn't always a GM with point updates, and even when there is there isn't often some new feature or something like that in it.
Dark keyboard wasn't there since after beta 1--Apple tried it for some reason (or left it from a dev build by mistake) and decided not to have it.
No cellular toggle in Control Center discussion that I have seen beyond people hoping it would be there, which is just people discussing what they wish would be in iOS in general.
There is an option for parallax like effect in wallpaper settings that is separate from the overall reduce motion option.

Darn, I don't like the parallax but I love that animation. Ah well.
Just updated. Quick thoughts:
-On my 5, animations are definitely smoother, it's not simply
-Green icons slightly less horrible (still hate the gradients, especially for Mail.)
-"Darken Colors" doesn't darken the icons, so I'll probably keep that off.
-"Reduce White Point" is subtle but nice
-Don't like the rounded call buttons. Beyond aesthetics, less area to tap = harder to use. I'll be sending Apple feedback on this.
My background is lighter, and my text is black.(although the time/date text is still white.) I liked it better the way it was before.

Yes me, although after 7.1 it seemed to be fixed, i had that issue on previous builds.
After I updated OTA my iPhone said to reconnect to computer using the cable to re-activate wifi sync
Yep. My favorite feature of 7.1 so far is that you can turn it off. My wallpapers were perfectly sized for iP5 and iOS6.

Same here - and iOS updates are still turning Bluetooth on even when it was off before. Apple please note, if I have BT turned off it's because I want it off, not because I forgot to turn it on
Everything is even faster on my iPhone 5 (so it seems to be a nice update), except one thing. I'd like to know if it is only apparent to me. The slide-up animation of the control center is kind of choppy if I pull it up on the lock screen. It's not something that I couldn't live with, but it's still noticeable.

I believe it said once the installation was complete that you must hook up to iTunes to reenable wifi sync.
