I have an iPhone 5, how come I don't have the option to upgrade to iOS7 yet from OTA or through iTUnes? I am located in New York.

iPad is preparing and almost done. The iPhone was at 5 hours and is now at 6 minutes. Hope it is true. I started at 12:56 Eastern time as soon as it was available.

iPhone 5 says "Preparing Update" (but it has already failed once)... iPad 3 on the other hand says "About 32 hours remaining"... let's hope that changes ;)

Was downloading, and then it timed out to this error.

I got this same error message about a dozen times before it finally started downloading. Took six minutes and is installing the update now.

I think I'm most looking forward to the control panel...

It still tells me 6.1.3 is the newest version for my 4S. Installed 11.1, restarted, nothing. What the heck, Apple?

I'm running the iOS 7 beta. Now the GM, but the one before (beta 6 I believe)
The update wasn't available, as it just said I was already running the latest version, so now I'm restoring my phone back to iOS 6.1.4, and then updating. Hopefully it will work

I'm running on the GM too and I haven't had an update yet. Please let me know if downgrading to iOS 6 helped you out. Thanks

I can't update to iTunes 11.1, no download for it anywhere. Ios 7 isn't showing up anywhere for me either.

I have 7.0(11a449d) how do I update to the one that was just released.

Thanks for any replies.

Get a hold of the direct links to the software download or find the gold master. Get iTunes 11.1, then choose shift+check for updates on windows or option+check for updates on a Mac.

:)

To confirm for those curious:

The build for the public release is 11A465, so those on the GM don't need to update.
