I just kept going and going. I had a ton of the same responses but eventually succeeded. Even the verification took over 20 tries. You can quit and start over it will pick up where it left off just like a Mac does in a download from the app store.
I was excited to see the update, but held off this time to see how other's were weathering the update.
Seems for every 20 posts about bricked phones, slower speeds, battery drains, confusion with the UI, difficulties reading, etc. there's only an very rare post that it went well and the user is happy.
At first I figured a large portion of the negative posts would be due to servers getting slammed and users not taking to change well, but after reading through about 15 pages of postings... I think I'll sit out IOS7 for as long as possible.
Where are all the folks who had no problem, love the new look, and can attest to some kind of increased performance or better battery life?
Airdrop only supports and iPhone 5 and iPad 4 and iPad Mini
Just tried, workes fine here. maybe you don't have the correct touch!![]()
Are you on an iPhone 4S? I have been swiping to search for years just fine so I don´t think it´s my incorrect touch hehe
Does it have to be activated anywhere? I tried several times, nothing.![]()
Downloaded it, but after verifiying it says "Update server not available"
Maybe later tonight!

In case you missed my reply, underneath the time, where it says the current temperature- tap that text. Voila! The new, animated graphically visual Apple weather.
Anyone know how to close apps running in the background when you double click the home button. The preview of the apps that are open is nice but how do you now close them? Apologies if this has been covered before.
The new swipe gesture, where you with a swipe can go back or forward a page. It should be available in settings and safari but I can´t get it to work anywhere.
Those people are enjoying their phones instead of complaining about their phones on a forum. The complainers are always the loudest, as those content will just go on with their lives.
We're talking about notification center correct? Where you slide down from the top, and it gives you a summary of your calendar and a weather description of the current day? There's no where to click, just text. It says powered by yahoo, which is underlined, but you can't tap it.
I'm on iPad I don't know if it's different.
Give the activation servers a chance.
Clean install can be done via itunes or you can just do a reset and erase all from the phone, effectively the same thing.
