Ah, so the iCloud Music Library is what effed up my covers. But you also need to turn that on for offline use. That's annoying. You should just be able to have what you have untouched and then add whenever you want to.

So it seems that they replaced the album covers of my locally stored music with (incorrect) ones from the Apple Store. That's irritating.
- I have the same thing. I can't find anything. Also, the Album view is gone completely. It insists on sorting everything by artists, which is annoying.

Some of the album covers don't even seem to be tangentially related to the music they been assigned to. I don't know where they're coming from...

It's surprising to me how quickly people are deleting Spotify. There's no way just a few minutes of testing is enough for me to know which one I'll keep using. Plus I have lots of playlists in Spotify that I don't want to lose. And so far the sound quality seems better on Spotify.

There is no perceivable difference between 256 AAC and 320 MP3.

My biggest two issues are (1) related/similar artists under artist info view aren't clickable, and (2) there doesn't seem to be a way to click on a song and go to that artist's page.

I am confused - I cannot download the right version of iTunes. I follow the steps on apple.com and it takes me to download of iTunes 2.1.2. It later says I need version 2.2. Where do I get the right version?

Settings > Music > Sort Albums (Artist/Title)

Pick the setting that suits your needs.

Did you try long pressing on the song? In some places in the app long pressing brings up a big menu and lets you do all sorts of things.

One thing I'm noticing is my music is louder on Spotify than Apple Music. I have to increase the volume on Apple Music to get the same level as Spotify. What does that mean?
Is Sound Check turned on in Settings > Music? Also check that EQ is off.
