As someone who doesn't speak English natively I need to ask, would you mind explaining?
Don't mind at all. Gasu E's quote used creative wordplay related to cats. "Damn them in spayeds. I hope it didn't break iClawed. I am not amewsed. Litterally." Correctly written, it would have been "Damn them in spades. I hope it didn't break iCloud. I am not amused. Literally." He cleverly substituted cat words: spay (spayeds), claw (iClawed), mew (amewsed), and best of all litter (Litterally). I said the last one was the best because a person's mind could have easily tricked them into not noticing the extra "t" since "literally" literally has only one.

Apple today released an iOS 9.3.4 update for the iOS 9 operating system, just over two weeks after releasing iOS 9.3.3 and less than two months before we expect to see the public release of iOS 10, currently in beta testing.

iOS 9.3.4 is available immediately via an over-the-air download on all devices running iOS 9.

According to Apple's release notes, iOS 9.3.4 provides "an important security update" and is recommended for all iOS 9 users.

iOS 9.3.4 is likely to be the last update to iOS 9, with iOS 10 coming in September alongside new iOS devices.

iOS 10 brings a slew of new features, including a revamped Lock screen experience, an overhauled Messages app with new functionality and its own App Store, a new Photos app with object and facial recognition, a redesigned Music app, a centralized HomeKit app, and a Siri SDK for developers.

Update: iOS 9.3.4 fixes the Pangu iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak exploit. In a support document covering the security fix included in the update, Apple credits Team Pangu with discovering a vulnerability related to a memory corruption issue.

Nice! I just got my new iPad yesterday and updated to 9.3.3 and jailbroke it, lol!

People that would like to run modified and unsigned software on their devices should be able to do so, at their responsibility. It's their "device" imho.

The reports of bricking are worrying. No way I'm installing this yet.
Installed on 3 iPhone 6s' and 2 iPads (2 and Air 2). All 5 devices installed without a single hiccup. Everything is working just fine.

BTW you can't brick an iOS device with just software. A DFU restore will 'unbrick' any iOS device. Only way a device will be bricked is if the software update creates a hardware problem, which is extremely unlikely. It would just be bad luck and off timing as the hardware was probably going to fail anyway.

AT&T actually blocks tethering if you went with their most recent unlimited* plan.

*It's actually very limited. i.e., no tethering and throttling if you use too much.
Ah okay that makes sense. I was unaware of that since I haven't evee had an unlimited data plan. Jail breaking definitely is necessary for those in that situation then

I haven't gone through all the posts but will pose this out there anyway:

Why use an iPad if you're going to jailbreak it anyhow?

What are the advantages of it vs buying a Galaxy Tab or a Surface or something else (and use third-party integrated services/sotware products)?

Are you still able to keep the Apple-branded cross-device integration while jailbroken?

Is this the final update for older iPhones / iPads that slows it down so you want to buy a new one?

Why do you jail break?!

No, it's fact. Backed by hard data from App developers like ustwo (who track the number of paid and copied App installs there are).

Next you're going to tell me people who pirate PC games are only doing it to "try it out" and they plan on buying the real game if they like it.
While I agree with your assertion, I'd point out that pirates who don't pirate solely for the "lolz" actually do tend to end up buying the games they like once they get the money to comfortably do so.

I've always been confused by this. Do carriers not automatically allow this? I've never had an issue with AT&T and tethering, just turn my computer on and select iPhone in Network Settings
Yep, same here all over the uk.

installed on iphone 4S, no problems - feels smoother than 9.3.3 (which was jerky and slower)
