Just kept resubmitting to update and eventually worked after about 4 or 5 tries.... 10mins remaining...

I continued to get a failed message but i pressed it about 10 times in a row and it worked. Also mine failed after letting my phone lock so keeping the screen lit would be a good idea.

For those able to DL, don't leave the update screen or let your phone autolock - both caused the error for me after the DL had started. On attempt 3 now...

I didn't let my phone lock, but did change from the 'software update' page to my messages and the update failed
