Lol ... even better... if the song metadata doesn't exactly match something in iTunes it can't find it..
I have Eminem ft. Rhianna - Love the way you Lie in my library bought from an online retailer not iTunes but Ping couldn't find it because iTunes has it as Eminem & Rhianna .... It can't work this way ...
How do I get the Genius Sidebar back?
EDIT: .. Uhh .. tell me they completely scrapped the Genius Sidebar!!!! I can't find the option anywhere ..
The Genius Sidebar is completely gone and replaced with an entirely useless feature that doesn't provide any of the same functionality.
Can someone tell me ONE good reason to activate Ping? I've got time as I'm watching the "Checking iTunes Library...".
There is still a Genius icon in the lower right status bar but it is greyed out.Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A293 Safari/6531.22.7)
Well they did it. They managed to make iTunes even worse!

For me it is only greyed out for songs that had not enough related songs to form a Genius playlist (this behaviour seems the same in 10.0 and 10.0.1).There is still a Genius icon in the lower right status bar but it is greyed out.

still running 9.2.1, I think i'll stay on this version.
Wow, this is *********.
They couldn't have given us the option? Even if we disable Ping we're still stuck with no Genius Sidebar? Lmao.
