A new iTunes 10.2.1 update has appeared in Software Update, superseding the iTunes 10.2 update released just last Wednesday to support iOS 4.3. The new update can also be obtained from Apple's iTunes download page.

The update description is exactly the same as for iTunes 10.2, so it is unclear what has been changed since last week's release at this time. Changes are presumably minor, however, although they may include important bug fixes.

After an initial report this morning claiming that iOS 4.3 would appear today, three days ahead of schedule, The Loop has reported that users should expect the public launch to occur tomorrow.

i was having a problem with downloading artwork but with this new version it seems to be fixed, so one of the bug fixes could of been that

Well, home-sharing works ok but it did have some problems with Movies (i have 170 in that folder of features and clips)... it would start to get the titles and thumbnails incorrect

So its either iOS4.3 that wasn't working correctly or iTunes not delivering it properly ... hopefully this solves the issues

**Update**

Nope...still screwed up ... scrolling down list of films gets the proper thumbnails but keeps the titles at the 1st dozen or so and keeps repeating until you either rotate device or go into and back out of one then it correctly refreshes

Assuming that the GM 4.3 is the final to be released version too

Brings back memories of trying to keep up with the iPods....

Software update launches today, tells me about iTunes 10.2 and some Java update. So, I go ahead and download them.

After it finishes installing, I launch iTunes, and I'm greeted by a message telling me that there's a newer version available (10.2.1). So, now downloading that.

10.2 literally only got to run for mere seconds. Whatever was wrong with it, I'll never know.

Thought it would fix the bug that prevents itunes from counting 'home shared' tracks in play count... Still not counting :(
