Looks like they have added multiple airplay streams and the ability to play both from the mac and the speakers at the same time.

They had that feature in the old version of iTunes. One thing I've noticed is the new menu for devices connected. It's looking pretty swanky!

Pros - It looks and feels much better.
Cons - It's actually a little harder to navigate.

Also, where the hell did cover flow go?

Where do I download the version for PowerPC/10.5.8 Leopard for G5?

I don't see anywhere there is a version available.

Did Apple just ditch PowerPC users in the dark with this or something?

I'm missing some album artwork and it is telling me the artwork can't be found when I click on "Get Album Artwork"... even though it goes directly to the album in question and shows the artwork when I click on "Show in iTunes Store".

* Search is worse: when i search for example for Queen - radio gaga it won't find it if i type "Queen rad". With 10.7 i could type "een rad ga" and it found it....

no such version will be available. I wish they had released an update for legacy users, but I saw this coming...

This new version seems more 10.8 than 11.0

Is this a joke?

In Itunes 10 you could reduce the app icon sizes, any setting in 11? I can't find it. They are much too big for my liking

If true, that's a DISASTER...reason enough not to upgrade.

Yeah, this is real lame. No album art in Column Browser mode? It seems like they've left the Column Browser to rot and die, even though at least some of us think that it's 10x easier to navigate than the other cluttered views.

Sorry to inform you, but in the Apple world the PowerPC era is now ancient history. It was going to happen sooner or later.

As for iTunes, wow, it's fast! The UI has been Helveticized… I wonder if it's a sneak preview of what we'll be seeing in 10.9.

Hate to say it but iTunes 5 looks the nicest of them all.

logical search.

maybe they found that doing 'any' matches was too much of a system hog and not a lot of people utilized it?

Magic Mouse swipe scrolling in the iTunes Store is glitchy. If I'm in a left/right scrollable field, it's fine. If I move outside the field and swipe left/right (intentionally or inadvertently), it takes me to the My App Updates screen. I don't remember that being a problem in the previous version.

Odd that you can't swipe to scroll the headline graphics. You have to click the right and left arrows. What's up with that? If I try to swipe through those, it dumps me to the My App Updates screen.
