Nope, still 14.0.3.Anyone know if they fixed Safari? Safari has been complete junk since I updated 2019 MBP to Big Sur, almost unusable. Was completely fine prior to the update.

Speaking of Safari, it looks like the scrolling stutter / lag might be fixed with this release. I am optimistic as I am seeing good results since my 11.2 reboot.Anyone know if they fixed Safari? App Store now donloading 10.2
What's with the numbering system? It makes it look like there's been 2 significant OS updates since Big Sur came out, when the truth is there's been 2 bugfix releases. What's wrong with calling it 11.0.2?
14.0.3 is a new version for 11.2. 11.1 included Safari 14.0.2.Nope, still 14.0.3.
Hopefully yours gets sorted out because I installed 11.2 and that's the version number that shows in About this Mac. I'm from California too, so Apple is not holding back the downloads. If they were going to do regional rollout then I would expect them to push the update to California before everywhere else.I'm in California and it still says 11.1 is the latest for me. I've rebooted to no avail.
I think they're rolling this out still instead of letting everyone hammer the update servers at once. (My guess).
Would be helpful if you stated what the bug is.Hopefully it fixes that dreadful Final Cut Pro bug.
Yep yep I got it. ThanksHopefully yours gets sorted out because I installed 11.2 and that's the version number that shows in About this Mac. The problem with the old system where these updates would be called 11.0.2 is that sometimes Apple would release a "supplemental" update which would still be version 11.0.2, but have a different build number. Fixing that problem means that 11.2.1 really can be a minor update, and be easily distinguished from 11.2 which does not have that minor update installed. What's with the numbering system? Is there a reason for people to install Catalina or Big Sur on unsupported Macs? If you don't want to install it you don't have to. It's your choice. The actual important thing is... is there a reason yet to bother installing Big Sur other than version-chasing? I still don't see one.
Yes, but is the same version that shipped in all 11.2 betas/rcs, that still has scrolling lag and performance problems.14.0.3 is a new version for 11.2. 11.1 included Safari 14.0.2.
Installer infoAh, good old Jaguar.
That's slightly different. Mojave, Catalina, and Big Sur are receiving security updates, no earlier OS is. Apple's repeatedly demonstrated incompetence with OS development has meant for some years that the safe option is to wait until the .6 before installing the new shiny. Is there a reason for people to install Catalina or Big Sur on unsupported Macs? its working fine, been working fine. More context as to your issue? Please fix the music app.... PLEASE!!!!!!!
Then how is it any different than the post earlier that states, "The actual important thing is... is there a reason yet to bother installing Big Sur other than version-chasing? I still don't see one."That's slightly different. Mojave, Catalina, and Big Sur are receiving security updates, no earlier OS is.
yah, its called turn off notifications if you don't want them. Bazinga! Here’s hoping they nuked the Notification Center!
Because installing the new shiny from Apple is always measured against how much you want to deal with their incompetence. I ask again, what is in Big Sur that would make anyone want to install an x.2 vs an x.6/.7 ?Then how is it any different than the post earlier that states, "The actual important thing is... is there a reason yet to bother installing Big Sur other than version-chasing?
