Yup, I can't be the only one that perpetually get's a "we're not here to help" vibe from that site.That always seemed strange to me.
It's like a hive-mind of house-bound Apple devotees over there, who all work seamlessly together to ensure that Apple's most involved, inquisitive, yet frustrated customers get the overwhelming sense that Apple really doesn't give a hoot about their specific problems.
Which, now that I think about it, is pretty much the exact truth.
So I guess there's that I should have considered. 😐
