Apple Releases macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 With AirPlay 2 Multi-Room Audio Support for iTunes

Can anyone offer any advice how to upgrade without also upgrading iTunes? I am using the 12.6.3.6 version which keeps the iOS apps etc and would like to keep it that way.
