Are you a developer...? It's beta only in the initial public Sierra release. Will be released in 2017.

Well you've got some waiting to do lol
New fs will not be production until at least next macOS. At the moment you cannot use it for startup disk, time machine backups etc You can create a non bootable volume for testing and that's really it..

That's the version that was used to build this installer. The release build is 16A323, same as the last GM candidate.

seems that you need a 2013 or later to do the unlock. I am not sure what is missing that prevents this, but I am disappointed.

You need 802.11ac wifi for the time-of-flight security.

Not seeing it. Is it not available if you're still on Yosemite? I was hoping to just stash away an El Cap installer so I can try that out with my software. I'm an Avid editor so I always stay about a year behind on the OS because the new OS almost always kills compatibility with pro software.

Anyone know if it fixes the Mail.app iCloud aliases not showing up? Been an issue since 10.11.0. Already had filed a report to Apple about it.

Either way, I'm gonna wait to update for a few days/weeks. Haven't updated my iPod touch yet either.
