Pretty big though:

My updates always act weird, at first it goes really fast then it slows to a crawl...

For reference, I have 100Mbits connection

Another vote for Combo Update.

I wonder if they've finally fixed the bug which they've introduced in 10.10.3, which caused some of the systems with Intel 4000 graphics to get random kernel panics ( https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7000724 ). The only solution I've found was to disable the auto graphics switching in the power settings, so now the system is using the dedicated GPU instead of Intel's.

Holy balls, and here I just thought I had some sketchy menu bar apps installed that made my mini KP occasionally. RRRRROOOOBOTHOUSE

My 2015 MacBook Pro is running very smooth, fast and stable on 10.10.4.

Therefore I'm too busy getting my work done, enjoying it's bug free performance to dare touch it.

Besides I'd rather wait and see how the reports read here, and what this latest rev is like before taking any chances. If this was a home computer I wouldn't hesitate, but being mission critical, I'm appreciating the best performance in a long time.

Thanks Apple... :D

I created an account just to say this is amazing , and I'm jealous , may I have your icons plz

Here you go, they're very messy and loads of older duplicates and there might be some others i didn't include, some are collected from deviant art too. It's a shame OS X doesn't include an option to have OS X or iOS icons as so few people use OS X it doesn't make sense to have some alternative icons that don't relate to the rest of the ecosystem.

Download Icons

The minute from download to "will install/restart in 60sec" message is just enough, to copy the delta update from /Library/Updates to another location and save it from self-destruction.. ;)

Very weird. My Mac Pro updated as I would have expected. However, my MacBook Air sent me through the whole OS X startup procedure. First asking me to login to iCloud, Find My Mac, Filevault etc etc.

Anyone else have this happen?

I really really really REALLY hope the Mail bugs are fixed, as on MacBook Mail is unusable with multiple IMAP servers. If its not the "can't connect" fake problem then its the new Mail hangs trying to open local mailboxes and must be force quit multiple times a day. I'll update and cross my fingers...

I mean the new MacBook is barely good enough for Mail/web and if Mail is broken then I just have a thin cool looking light paperweight? :)

How the f*ck do you fix this new never-ending Software Update bug???? Apple's QA and software in general has taken a nose dive in reliability in the last few years.

Got the same thing. If goto download Yosemite from machine then it say s10.10.4 already installed and starts to download a 10.10.4.

At least my mini is redownloading unlike laptop that stuck in this loop.

Well, that went well... I now have a iTunes stuck on occupying 25Gb of ram and Not Responding.
best part is, the machine only 8Gb.

I think we may see a 10.x.6 for the first time since Snow Leopard. This 10.10.5 release is at least a couple of months before El Capitan is released.

Downloaded the update (815MB) in a couple of minutes. But the two bug that annoy me most are still there:
  • Can't delete the RAW camera update in the App Store. "Hide update" doesn't work.
  • If Safari is closed for 5min or more my only extension (AdBlock) doesn't work. Have to restart Safari again before it works
I know that these are miner bugs, but they are annoying.

It did? Never noticed! Where abouts? Too late I've updated now though!
Oh trust me it was annoying, every time I turned the Mac on I spotted it.
Was an easy fix too though, going from digital (an/pn) > analog > digital (fixed)
No more suffering for me, haha! :D

Dangit. With every OS update I keep hoping my internal DVD superdrive will be restored to its glorious, functioning, pre-Mountain Lion status. Alas, this update does not do it. Same old thing: insert disc, hear a few chugs, then the disc is spit out.
