Same issues

DP4 looks exactly the same as DP3 and none of the bugs I reported are fixed.

- Maps doesn't see my iPhone
- ClearDay crashes about 30 seconds after starting
- SkyDrive doesn't work

Your last two aren't bugs, and they have nothing to do with Apple. This is a beta (developer preview), third party apps haven't been updated yet to work with Mavericks.

This is nowhere near ready. We'll definitely see more DP's before GM.

IBug2 is Correct: Apple said that IOS 7 and OS X 10.9 will be released some time this FALL to the General Public.

Source: Apple's Public Facing Website Advertising the 2 new Products.

Actually this is possible, but I wouldn't bet on it. There have been rumors saying that Mavericks will be a free upgrade.

Possibly Free 2 Paying Apple Developers just like the Last 2 Releases (10.7 and 10.8), but I doubt Apple would actually let the General Public Upgrade for Free. Even Microsoft Windows 8.1 may NOT be free as I recently noticed that there is a difference in the Build Number from Current Released Windows 8.0 (6.3.9431 Verses 6.2.9200), Try using the winver command in Windows 8.1 and see for yourself. Also, an Upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 has to be done from the Microsoft Windows 8.0 Online Store NOT Windows Update like with Service Pack Updates.

P.S. My apologies for going slightly off topic, since my 2010 Mid Year Mac Mini is Busted, and all I have right now is my 2013 Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop, I have been Beta Testing Windows 8.1 with my Beta Testing of Apple IOS 7.0. Apple OS X Boot Camp is most likely going to be unable to run Microsoft Windows 8.1 at first, just to let you guys know that there are a lot of differences between 6.2.9200 and 6.3.9431. Again, Sorry for going Slightly Off Topic.

P.S. If anyone is wondering how I got past Beta Activation without a Mac, earlier this year I put my UUID in to the Dev Center (Before it went Down) for my 2 new Sprint PCS Wireless Devices (an IPhone 5 and an IPad Mini) and then just to make sure that the Upgrade is Successful, I install the Upgrade using 64 Bit Windows Version of ITunes using DFU Mode (Shift Key + Restore when doing it on a PC, unlike how its Either Option + Restore or Alt + Restore on a Mac).

I still cannot look a word up by tapping three finger. It has been here since the first dp. I just worked once then has gone.

AND,

Whenever I try to enable, an empty box appears and ta da, nothing happens. Then I quitted system preferences, tried again, something happened again and again. How can I overcome this situations.

I hate that "Keychain" approval bug. I was able to get around it with my MacBook Air. I don't know how, I just forced quit System Utilities at that point, reopened it in both my Mac's and syncing was set.

As for three tapping, it works when I place the cursor on the word and gently/quickly three finger tap. Comes right up.

Me likey.

This has probably been around for a while and I just missed it. When my APC SMART-UPS is connected, if I option-click on the UPS battery icon in the Menubar (similar to option-clicking on WiFi for more info), a drop-down list of power draining app's appears, otherwise the menu will display "normal" conditions.

Is it just me or is this beta MUCH more clearer on my rMBP than before? My screen pops like it never has and I have owned it since February. Maybe it is something with the settings or maybe they have done something different.

Heck, maybe it is just in my mind but I love this current beta and whatever it did to my computer.

I noticed this too!

I hope so but 6 pages later we still have people whining about iBooks even though the issue was already talked about at WWDC (honestly guys, watch the damn video, it is free of charge and it would stop the thread from getting clogged up with stupid questions) and not a single person addressing the issue you've raised. Gah so many people on Macrumors are so damn annoying.

iBooks will be a release on the App Store anyway, and developers don't need iBooks to test apps, so I haven't a clue why people think it will be released on a developer preview.

Anyway, I've checked... still the same old UI... probably won't be updated until one of the last betas or the GM like when PhotoBooth was updated in Lion/ML...

What is your questions?

With DP3, my MBP is slow (and sometimes unable) to reconnect to wifi after sleep, didn't notice this with DP1/2; hopefully better with DP4.

DP4 looks exactly the same as DP3 and none of the bugs I reported are fixed.

- Maps doesn't see my iPhone
- ClearDay crashes about 30 seconds after starting
- SkyDrive doesn't work

Let me give you a hand of what's not fixed on DP4: :D:D

- Info tab still missing on iTunes
- Dashboard still have multiple text cursors
- Tags pull-down menu still out of alignment when saving from long filenames to short or vice versa
- Disk Utility still exhibit brief graphical corruption
- Auto-adjustment of screen brightness based on ambient lighting does not work

What's fixed:

- Truncated notification on NC

What's new:

- CUDA driver for nVidia GC no longer works properly with CUDA apps, GPU missing.

As someone else said, the last two aren't bugs. The first one is also wrong, since it works for a lot of people, including me, since DP2 at least...

Spotlight hasn't been working since the first release on my system, but on a clean System it does.

New user or root has the same, the Spotlight Icon is visible in the Menu bar but clicking on it does nothing nor do any shortcuts work to show spotlight.
Annoying.
Preview is also fairly buggy.

This. Even with discrete gpu forced on.

My 2010 MPB (geforce 330M) is broken, but oddly, my 2012 iMac (geforce 680MX) is not. Waiting for dev centre to return to report.

what i've noticed so far

fixed:

- you can use purge again but you have to use sudo.
- fixed bug where keynote update was showing in app store and would not update when you already had the latest version
- fixed a bug where activity monitor would show na for everything if resumed in the memory tab
- fixed bug when installing where the first boot would not load previously open desktops
- fixed quickly moving in and out of a preference plane causing system preferences to display an error and not be able to load the pane until restarted (seem to have just added a slight navigation delay)

still broken:

- quicklook won't play .gif anymore
- dragging a tab out of finder leaves a mini ghost window
- icloud keychain displaying blank window after logging in (requiring force quit of sys prefs)
- safari reloading web pages when going back

i hate this!

----------

10.9 may even be free!

Im going out on a limb and say that it is going to be a pricier upgrade that the 20 - 30 dollars we have seen recently. I think this because the price was not announced at the keynote like years past and because it was a major overhaul unlike years past. But hey im just some dude on the internet.
