Cr*^ WiFi is less stable now than before. I think I have to roll back to the last stable release of mavericks

In case you mean the broken fullscreen window controls in Firefox, that's a Firefox issue and fixed in FF 34 (current beta channel).

Seems weird that it would be a Firefox specific issue (it doesn't happen in Mavericks). But if it's fixed in the next release I'll be a happy camper.

In Yosemite, do screen shots and other dated items follow a REAL time?

It is exasperating to find that files are arranged with this morning's date / time AFTER those from after 12:00 PM.

Looks like you are going to have to wait longer. 10.10.01 doesn't fix anything relating to Network or WiFi

Kind of hard for it to fix a problem that I never had. No Network or WiFi issues for me on 10.10. Mid-2011 MBA.

Nevertheless, I'll be downloading this tonight. And I'll also bet that after updating, I still won't have a Network or WiFi issue.

After the update, i always have this problem.

The download bar in the dock remains there, even after i completed the download with Safari. Unfortunately, 10.10.1 hasn't fix it and every time i have to restart the dock with "killall Dock" command in the terminal.

This has been happening in Mavericks as well.

Please tell me this fixes the incessant lag I've dealt with since upgrading to Yosemite. This was the most regret I've experienced with an OS X update since Leopard. My previously zippy Mac Mini feels like a slug since 10.10. Hopefully, this fixes that.

To me it is noticeably faster on a Mid-2010 iMac, a Mid-2012 MacBook Pro, and a newly bought 2012 Mac mini. Programs seem to start way more quickly. To be fair, though, the mini is "clean" and hasn't really been used yet. On the mini when I logged in the display instantly switched to the Desktop. It didn't draw anything or load anything or ANYTHING. It was just there. Poof!

I have to go home and get my "old" 2012 TV mini, and update it here at work and see if it's faster.

Obviously you're in a UK Wifi backwater .. as I get 1300mbps from my TimeCapsule

:)

I'm pretty sure those speeds are only possible on the fabled Google Fibre network which, I swear, is only available in really select parts of America?

Besides, I'm not in the minority if you're getting 1300Mb/s. I was reading a Telegraph article only today which stated the average Internet speed across the UK is 6.2Mb/s. Those speeds are insane, there's no way that's common here.

I have a 2011 Mac Mini. 10.10.1 is just finishing up the install process. I really hope this speeds things up. It was almost intolerably slow after the Yosemite update. Every single action I took has a noticeable delay, sometimes upwards of 10-20 seconds. Seriously frustrating.
