Please don't spread FUD, the background is not blurred if the Dashboard is in the desktop overlay mode.
If anyone wants to use Xcode 6 with Yosemite DP 6, put on your brakes. Xcode 6 beta 5 now just beachballs into oblivion and beta 6 is not available anymore. Most probably it will be fixed soon enough.
Also, my 2010 MacBook still randomly decides to stop stop working over internet (wifi connection is fine). Then it comes back on but after some time the cycle repeats.
Chris Lattner just mentioned on the dev forums that Xcode beta 6 will be up when they fix the code signing issue. Didn't mention if they are planning on releasing it today though.
New option to send a voice message.
The hard part was which is the new option to switch off.The Auto updates can changed in System Preferences>App store> uncheck the boxes that you wanna "turn off"
Thanks! On my Mavericks iMac, I do not show the Install OS X Updates checkbox.
maybe that is it?
Thanks, you answered my question if it also blurs when in overlay mode and not in space mode. Guy was spreading FUD as you mentioned as usual these days.
Guys, I am back to 10.9.5 now. Can I just install the DP6 Delta update (1.17 GB) over 10.9.5?
If it was up to me, they could get rid of the entire dashboard in Yosemite. Nearly all the apps you find for it are old/outdated and look terrible. THe new support for apps in the notification bar is better and if they removed the other, they could force developers to update it to the notification center.
no when i had to do that for a buddy we were on DP4 i had to go 1--->4and let me specify by saying the link i D/L'd was for DP4 it installed 1.

they totally debated this.
Hey everyone is anyone having issues with DP 6 cause I'm not able to open Safari it just crashes on me, can anyone help me with this problem.
thanks
I saw here someone mentioned the DP5 was a full update but the file I have is 1.12GB again delta update. . So, I have to install all DP5 starting from 1? Or, I have to find the full DP5 (> 5 GB size) ?

Wow, I'm very annoyed.
I don't want this at all. I hate how they bundled the settings rather than having them separate, like in DP5 and beneath. That reminds me of iOS 7 limiting settings with reduce motion and parallax - you'd have to choose one or another, no per-settings allowed.
