It's not showing on my iPhone either.Did Apple pull it? I updated my MacBook and iPhone upon release but had to wait until later tonight to apply it to my Mac Mini and iPad and it's not showing on either.

According to this https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...y-response-updates-due-to-safari-bug.2395565/ , they pulled the Ventura ones too. But these links still work.Ventura 13.4.1 (a) 22F770820b

Looks like it to me, too.Looks like it, updated my iPhone earlier while at work but no update showing up for my MBA.
Keep guinea pigging it for me. Didn't one of these rapid security updates cause issues a few months ago?
Or uninstall the update?Protip:
Enable "Show Develop menu in menu bar" from Safari Settings under Advanced tab, then from the Develop menu change the user agent to Chrome macOS and it will work again.
RSRs do install automatically, but not immediately when they release. If you're the kind of person who reads macrumors and checks for updates and installs them manually the second they're out, sure, it won't get the chance to install automatically because you got ahead of it.This is good, but Apple need to work on a way for RSRs to NOT require a restart if possible. Even better would be automatic background installation with no restart, or a restart scheduled for the middle of the night (e.g., 3 AM). Having to chase people to get them to update their phones is a real drag.
The "rapid security response update" mentioned in this thread is only for macOS 13. The fix was also released as a Safari update for macOS 11 and 12.Is MacOS Catalina (10.15.7) no more supported with these security updates?
My Imac is from late2012, it is fast and everything works fine, so i won't buy a new one before its absolutely necessary.
Might be another reason they pulled it.View attachment 2230935Installed the RSR before going to sleep and woke up to find this? No usage during the night but my phone was charging yet the battery was draining?
Ventura has two different versions for Intel and AppleSilicon?According to this https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...y-response-updates-due-to-safari-bug.2395565/ , they pulled the Ventura ones too. But these links still work.

There is actually a third version for the macs which were released at WWDC 2023 too but I don't know the link to that one.Ventura has two different versions for Intel and AppleSilicon?

Which devices share the same ipsw?Rapid Security Responses for macOS have two different versions for Intel and Apple Silicon.
Rapid Security Responses for iOS have different versions for every individual device model (even those that would normally share the same ipsw).

Really? They do that on MacOS too?!?! I thought they only did that once before, and it was iOS.Too late.
It already installed itself even with every software update toggle off.
Because “some system files will always be installed even if Security Responses is turned off” 🙄
Which devices share the same ipsw?
What about iPads? That's just iPhone, there's a lot more shared files for iPads.
- 7 and 8
- 7+ and 8+
- XS and XS Max
- 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max
- 12 and 12 Pro
What about iPads?
Also iPhone 13 and newer all have different IPSW?
