I have been a public beta tester a couple of years now. The latest release of Big Sure has been the most annoying, buggy and overall bad, version of them all! :(

Nowhere near as buggy as Catalina was and Catalina was released before it was ready. Here's to hoping when Big Sur is released in its first dot zero iteration, it's in better shape than Catalina was.

My local Mac store didn't even upgrade their tech Macs to Catalina...

surprisingly with the second complementary update, launched after 10.15.6 is working just fine. give it a try to handle your anxiety until Big Sur gives us stability signs.

Next week another beta. The week after that the GM and official release.

Hopefully, more software engineers can now shift to focusing on Big Sur following the iOS release.

Nope, new iPhones are coming next month, so they're hard at work for iOS 14.1 releases. They're already prepping for iOS 14.2 in October (mentioned in the Xcode 12.2 beta today).

iOS 14.0 has a lot of bugs on the home screen the last day of use on my iPhone X, so they probably rushed it to make the iPad release tomorrow along with the new watches.
