ok this is interesting, as I answer the calls incoming from Zoom on my Bluetooth B&O headphones. So to keep the UI front and center on a touch on the iPhone when screen is sleeping are you stating that it will bring back past functionality to where I will just see the phone option screen, and not the green icon top left where I need to dig in to get there?

EDIT/ADD
ok I tested regular answer from phone in multiple ways, it remains the same as before- screen goes off the phone UI and forces the click on the Green icon left corner to bring it back to front center. Hate this change in UI.

I think they misunderstood your issue but yes, I agree, it's very annoying. That, and the notifications for messages and alerts that don't come through during a call. :-(

When I rotate my XS to horizontal the widget screen comes into view on the left of the screen, no matter what app I’m in. I don’t recall the glitch in previous betas..

\Good news\!!!

apple fixed this on the latest beta release! back to normal now!
Have no idea if they read the feedback or not, but we are back to sleep screen when on calls to show the call when touching the screen again to mute/unmute without diving into the green icon top left.
