I haven’t been on the beta bandwagon since iOS 13 launched. I would like to try this beta out, but I’m also waiting to see if a jailbreak will be released in the coming months. It’s the only thing holding me back from jumping on the beta bandwagon.
technically Fall lasts until Dec 22At this rate looks like Apple is gonna get Fitness+ out on 12/30 exactly 😅
I certainly hope not. It has completely removed Adaptive Lighting from my home appDoes this beta look like the GM?
Seems like Apple's description of when Fitness+ would be available is "late 2020". With the holiday period coming up it's likely that they would have to release it prior to the week that starts with December 21st.technically Fall lasts until Dec 22
If it's not called RC then I'd say not?
Not recently they haven’t?This comment has been proven to be false time and time again. Apple has released final versions after 3 betas before, and without labelling it as a Release Candidate.
What are your speeds? Ive gotten like 150mb down on the 5G standard network. Thats wayyyyyy faster than LTE for me in my area for sure.
I know!!! I'm getting a new Apple Watch tomorrow so when I saw this headline I didn't realize right away it was for the beta and I got really excited!Another week then at least until Fitness+ release![]()
Given that the processor on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini is exactly the same as what is on the Pro, is there any particular reason that this is being limited to the Pro models? I do not get the impression that there is any technological limitation preventing the regular iPhone 12 models from using this feature, in which case it seems to be just a means of creating product differentiation. The iOS 14.3 update brings the ProRAW format to the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. ProRAW is designed for those who prefer to shoot in RAW but also want to take advantage of the Apple image pipeline data like noise reduction and multi-frame exposure adjustments.
I'm guessing its a limitation caused by the amount of RAM. The Pro series has 2GB more RAM, which if your doing computational stuff is important.Given that the processor on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini is exactly the same as what is on the Pro, is there any particular reason that this is being limited to the Pro models? If that’s the case, using software as a means of product differentiation, especially because the hardware is capable of the task in both series, seems pretty shi-tay-tay…
OK, this may be a stupid question but I'm confused:
I bought an iPhone 12 Pro last Friday and I have had IOS 14.3 for a few days now. I'm not in a beta program, so how is Apple releasing a beta of IOS 14.3 today when a release version has already been on my phone for days?
I cannot remember whether it came with 14.3 or whether I ran an update.
