What a waste of resources. Going to crash and burn, as it should. More fees for Tim. This looks like something that Dad who was terminated for allowing his Daughter to film his X on campus worked on. He was involved in Apple's Financial Apps. :apple:

I already had 8 cards loaded into ApplePay on both my iPhone and AppleWatch. Today I was able to add the ApplePay Cash card as a 9th card on my phone, but my watch just made me delete one of my other cards to add it. Strange.

Hey! I live in Mexico. I removed the public beta profiles from my phone and watch, rebooted the watch, got old waiting, and the update is now showing. Thought I'd share

Objection - on my old Series 0 WatchOs 4 runs absolutely fine - from the day of release. The little "waiting" breaks are nothing new. Series 0 does have that sometimes.
Ok, I had to have the Series 3 LTE, but Series 0 is still great. Running about 36hours with one charge vs. 3 days of Series 3 is quite a difference, but furthermore no problems at all.

How are you getting 36 hours on a series 0?! Mine barely lasts through the day now.

Well, on my S3 LTE, now playing is broken. All it shows now is “iPhone” and not what is currently playing. It just keeps getting better and better.

Asking for clarity. How about you get over it
But you already know the feature is launching in US only; to be expanded in the future. I don’t know why you’d think anything would change in just a few days since iOS 11.2 was released.

I know; but there IS a Public Beta Profile for the Watch.
It’s a developer beta profile. There is no public beta for the watch. Just check beta.apple.com and you’ll see.

I posted a screenshot of the Public Beta site and I took it right before I uploaded it.

It shows you the option to install a a Profile to the Watch or to the phone and I don't have a developer account so I don't think I'm mistaken.

I know there is no Public Beta watchOS but it makes sense that if you run a Beta iOS you'd have a Beta profile for the watch at least, don't you think?...

Installing the iOS beta profile to the watch will not give you the watchOS beta. This is well documented. Feel free to believe what you want, though.

The phone doesn’t know what the profile is for so it asks you where to install it. Installing the iOS beta profile won’t do anything at all though, as @HopefulHumanist said. The feature is for installing dev beta profiles.

Wow, I feel like I got a new watch! 4.1 was so laggy and slow on my Series 2. This seems so much better.

I have an AW3 and 4.2 scrolls smoother definitely. When I tap the screen, the face comes up a tad bit quicker. I wonder how this will affect battery life? :)

The irony of you having completely misunderstood his initial statement and jumped down his throat.

He never said he had watchOS beta installed. He never claimed the iOS public beta profile would let him have a watchOS public beta installed.

What he said was that having the iOS public beta profile [incorrectly] installed on the watch prevented regular watchOS updates from appearing.

Is anyone else getting a “could not set up Apple Pay cash” error when trying to activate on the watch? Any resolution? I have it working fine on my iPhone.

Worked for me, but it spent a really long time spinning during the setup (for the watch setup).
