Your chart did not include Fox or CNN. And none of the print media or news agencies.

Did you even read the post you quoted.
[doublepost=1533656753][/doublepost]
What are you talking about? Do you need a chart to know that Fox News is a television network or that the NY Times is part of the MSM?

And who owns them. Go look for yourself. Going round in circles here....

yes, I did. You countered a post stating the "the MSM" was owned by a multitude of entities with a cute chart saying no, it's only 3. By the chart omitted many other "MSM" outlets. Fox and CNN being 2 in the broadcast space, and all of the print media and other news gathering organizations.

Zoom out, context.

It's a broad scale assault marshalling many large tech companies all moving to shut down and deplatform a customer in virtual sync.

How did that happen?

Day to they they are market competitors. What now, have the formed some kind of corporate police? You know what that is don't you... that's actually the definition faxscisim, but hey since words don't mean what they use to lets move on from this uncomfortable reality.

The odds of coincidence are zero. You might say it looks like market rigging, that is the behaviour of a cabal.

Figure it out. It's not hard.

No one is owed a right to access to a publishing platform. It's private business, they have full legal rights to make up their own rules, and change them as they please. That has NOTHING to do with the 1st amendment. Don't like it? Then build your own publishing platform. After all, the alt right did not like the reality/facts based Wikipedia, so they built Conservapedia

And second, if you think a boycott by the Alex Jones acolytes out there is going to harm Apple's bottom line I think you have grossly overestimated how many they are.

Not just Alex Jones people, Trump supporters, freedom of speech advocates, and anyone that despises the Crook in charge of Apple... you have a very narrow virw of the situation.

That’s not the post you quoted.

What gets reported and how the article or story gets written depends on the journalist and whom the journalist works for. A journalist can not write articles that are not in the interests of the company policies or beliefs.
1. You are generalizing the practices of some companies onto a whole industry.
2. You are confusing editorial opinion with news.

And who owns them. Go look for yourself. Going round in circles here....
Fox News is owned by 21st Century Fox. NY Times is owned by the NY Times Company. None of which are owned by the three companies that you referenced. Nor are the AP or Reuters or Washington Post.

Absolutely not!

1+1=2

I do not need to have someone push a different agenda 1+1=3, to recognize that 1+1=2

That reductive logic isn’t necessary at all. Just use the matter within your calvarium to navigate this world.

You are doing way too much. The world does not need people taking what Alex Jones says as factual. If so - money is a tool developed by the government to listen to your thoughts.

Send all of your money to the nearest charity for the homeless. Hurry. Time is of the essence.

Are you not for free speech? You realize that much of what you see from the media such as CNN is 1+1=1,000,000,003.3456. If you are not getting both sides of a story then you are being programmed. Open your mind. I am not familiar with with Alex Jones, but do not be closed minded. Make sure you are open to both sides of an argument before you form an opinion.

Edit: Censoring one side would be like only hearing the prosecutor in a court case. You need to hear both sides to get accurate info.

If you're not familiar with Alex Jones, why are you telling the other person to open their mind? Sounds like you've already formed your own opinion.

This is what you need. It has a list of 6 companies that control your media. it comes from infowars so more to kick up about if you like.

Ps... your search should have led you to question who owns 21st century fox. You should not have stopped searching and questioning. You’ll find your answer at this link

Because I don't have to agree with someone to think they deserve free speech. Why are you all about censorship of an opposing view? I assume from your response you have a difference of opinion than Mr. Jones. As you know, you and I do not have the same opinion on most topics. Do you think I should be censored? I don't think you should be.

Alex Jones isn't the other side of the argument. He is a conspiracy theorist who pushes misinformation that a significant percentage of the Republican party takes as fact instead of entertainment.

Ahhh. Does that constitute censorship? I disagree with a lot of people on these threads, but do not think they should be silenced. Do you happen to know what Apple is considering "hate speech" from him?

It's not a difference of opinion, he's a lying psychopath that has admitted he's just playing a character. Problem is, he is making things up that have a very dangerous effect on people.

Sorry, I don't buy into the censorship angle on this at all. He can still spread his nonsense, he just can't do it via Apple's iTunes. You guys keep trying to shoehorn this into a simple difference of opinion when it has zero to do with that.

So you are providing a source that refutes your previous source, confirms what I said, but still ignores the NY Times, AP, Reuters, and Washington Post.

Like I said to another poster, some people are take conspiracy theories peddled by Alex Jones as fact.

Trump and Netanyahu are lying psychopaths

And the infowars app is now #4 downloaded news app in App Store lol

Great job Tim Cook! Much success!

Call it censorship. Call it editorial control. Call it Apple exercising free speech to in creating the directory.

One thing they didn't do is silence him. They didn't shut down his feed. They didn't prevent people from accessing his feed. They simply took them out of their directory.

Do you happen to know what Apple is considering "hate speech" from him?
Nope.

Looks at the dates. The ownership has shuffled around a bit. Do I really have to spoon feed you.

These things tend to backfire. I never listened to this person, but now am interested to see what this is all about. I guess I have to listen, as I have not found anyone who can tell me what specific "hate speech" Apple was referring to.
