Why is the podcast removed but the app still accessible? How could Infowars be hate speech in the podcast directory and not hate speech in the app store?
If he actual got banned by multiple major tech companies in the same day, like he clearly did in a 12h span kicked off by Apple ... it ceases to be conspiracy ‘theory’. At that point it’s purely conspiracy validated unless you just repel all uncomfortable facts. This isn’t a difficult observation.

It is a total fallacy that there are “two sides” (hint, there are more). It is also incredibly disrespectful to professional journalists of all stripes and backgrounds, from every country in the world, to claim they are all in the can for whatever cause you hate today. I have never listened to the Infowars show, but have heard enough clips and analysis of his clips to know that the man clearly has some serious mental health issues. But it is not my place to judge his podcast or people who enjoy listening for entertainment. I am generally a Constitutional free-speech absolutist and believe that Jones has the right to say whatever he wants on his show; that anyone who wants to listen or stop listening also has that right; and that Apple, as a private company, can ban him from their platform for any reason.
I do not, however, believe that we should try and define something called "hate speech". I think people should have the ability to say whatever they want to say, but be prepared for any potential consequences of that speech. It takes a lot of arrogance to believe that "you" can judge other people's speech. We should all be adult enough to turn off the media device, television, you-tube channel, radio......or personally boycott the business or leave the premises, if we don't like what someone else has to say for whatever reason they say it.
Apple, Google, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc. should not be the arbiters of free speech nor are we so delicate that we cannot protect ourselves from speech we personally don't like. I find it very offensive to have anyone on any platform of any political persuasion allege (inaccurately) that we are all like-minded, robotic, automatons who believe and behave in the way we are "programmed" by some charismatic leader. If there is one thing I know about Americans, the vast majority do their research, think for themselves, and hate having someone else tell them how to think or what to do.
