Not being a government entity, Apple is perfectly within it's right to remove the app but there is a broader question. Will the efforts of technology and media companies to control speech (rightly or wrongly depending on your point of view) escalate or deescalate the potential for future civil unrest and violence? IMO, censorship is the equivalent of plugging a safety valve on a pressure cooker. Suppressing the app may in fact fuel this Parler service to heights that it could have never dreamed of.
