Yeah, right. Where do people finds these news ? I could make much more believable news.

Has anyone notices in the renderings: Where are the antennas:confused:

Metal phones need plastic separators for the antennas!

A product that hasn't been announced nor has it had a release date announced has been delayed? Interesting...

Good point. ;)

For all those people who say the phone is already thin enough: pick up an iPod Touch and tell me you don't think the 5/5S felt like a brick afterwards.

I prefer the thickness or the iPhones myself. The iPod Touch always feels like it's one butterfinger away from a trip to the floor and a broken screen.

I love how thin they are becoming. I just would like to compare the two, but I'll prob go for the 4.7

This sounds so ridiculous. It's like that time when Phil Schiller said: "Oh yeah, the iPod touch is so thin, we couldn't fit an ambient light sensor into it."

What about... make the device 0.5 mm thicker - and give it some great battery life.

I think Mark Twain would have gotten a kick out of that one, too!

It sort of resembles his statement, "The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated!"

The iPod Touch some will argue is too thin. Its definitely too thin for me.

stop with Ive's obsession with thin devices, make an iPhone with a reasonnable battery  or don't complain if people move to LG or else...

Perish the thought that they might decide on the battery before committing to a design. One of the good things about a big screen is supposed to be more space for more battery. To quote pretty much everyone, who wants it to be any thinner?!

Hmmmmmmmm

So a reported phone, reported to have a 5.5" display is reported to have been delayed due to reported battery design constraints...Allow me to retort: THE PHONE NEVER EXISTED!

I'll be shocked if we ever see a 5.5" iPhone.

The Apple Holographic iPhone 12 is reportedly being delayed because of an issue with the force.

You heard this rumor here FIRST!!!

So Apple designed a phone w/o considering the reality of battery technology? This story doesn't seem credible.

Jony Ive designs something first and then asks engineering to figure out how to make it a reality. It goes back to the Steve Jobs era.

Apple won't stop until its phones are the thickness of a credit card. It's sad, but Apple seems to have a case of body dysmorphic disorder when it comes to their iPhone.

I never believe apple would release second iphone in december for the 5.5,
4.7 inch is big enough for a smartphone.

Why does Apple feel the need to make the iPhone thinner and thinner? I would gladly have my iPhone 5 be a millimeter or two thicker if the extra thickness was all battery. I would really prefer more battery capacity. The 5 and 5S are so thin already you almost have to put them in a case just to be able to hold onto them. Make the 6 a bit thicker with more battery capacity, please!

So wait, they designed the whole thing out, and then decided to try to find a battery to fit? What?? Seriously, enough with the freakin thinness, make it thick and last 48 hours. The weight on a tablet matters a lot, on a phone not so much.

amen!
