1st, I get the hours & quality I've slept. I don't have regular days or nights at all. I need to track my sleeping, so I get enough.I have actually tried some. I just never found anything actionable in the data provided. Great, there's the data. What do you then *do* with it? I've never found a good answer. I'm certainly curious to learn what you actually do with the data and how you use it to make modifications/improvements. Note that I have a pretty regular routine, with only slight variations due to circumstances.
I can feel like I've slept good but when I'm working on something, existement can be bigger then sanity for what I know I would need of sleep.
2nd I can see what kind of depth/quality/movement of sleep I had. And more....
Polar is adding even more info in their newest software/watches.
I'm sure there's apps that do maybe the same to AW, now and/or coming.
Apps speaks for AW for sure, I'm not stuck on a certain company's apps but can choose.
And I of course love .
But charging every day for +1 hour???
Maybe wait for AW4...instead?
Tracking sleep is the same as to track running. Of course I know how good a run felt, but see how and when I was peaking my HR and for how long. How HRMax gets better, how HR gets lower while you get better etc.
When I recognizes how things affects my sleep I can get it better too.
Sleep affects workouts, and vice versa?
Still reading up on AW, apps....will give it an additional few days to consider what the heck is best for me right now. Forerunner, a new Polar or AW3 (no LTE needed)?
I'll guess I'll sleep on it a few nights, answer comes
