Problem with the 10.5 is the bright white spot after months of use....trust me it will come.

Yes, in our local computer forum we talked about this iPad problem for months. And I also found the white spot on an iPad demo unit in HK Apple Store.

Ah, thanks for the clarity Apple. It’s part of the manufacturing process so it’s okay. But only some depending on cooling and not all because they were cooled down properly? And, if it’s kinda bent out of the box it’s okay - but if it bends more after return period, it has nothing to do with it being already bent originally. Awesome! Thanks Apple - so we shouldn’t expect the next version of iPad Pros to be “reinforced” because there’s nothing wrong with bending.

Imagine if other companies got away with this.

"Completely normal, nothing to see here. Move along!"

But apple grew to love your wallet.

They sure did. I can't justify their products anymore.

I guess the Reality Distortion Field didn't die with Steve after all.

They try to cultivate a reality distortion field still, but none of the leaders are charismatic enough to make it work. Schiller comes closest but he's being rushed out the door it seems.

Were you guys able to come up with an idea as to why it’s happening, and whether or not it’s inevitably going to happen to all of them? Trying to decide if it’s worth keeping the one I bought a month ago from Best Buy, I have until January to return it.

And what's even funnier is all the heat those in the iPad forum took for saying they did not bend their new iPP and it all happened by itself. Some where even insinuated to be liars. The one's to blame are the Apple design team who designed these iPad's in such a way that they are subject to bending on their own. Add insult to injury and these new iPad Pro's start around $799.

I just bought a 2018 iPad from Amazon for $229 and it has no bends on the chassis.

So I went into the Apple Store with Face ID issues and the store accused me of acedently damaging my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Eventually they agreed to order a replacement unit, when it finally came we opened the Box and low and behold it was also bent. So the store ordered another and then it came.... also bent!
