Sept/Oct release.Hmm.I'm hoping for a late Aug to mid-late Sept. release.
If the iPhone comes out with few or no bugs and the TV update is any indication this shows me Core Video and Animation is real close to done.

Apple have said it will be ready for october (probably), so why would you expect it to ship EARLIER!?

It's kinda funny to see the difference between how Windows and Mac users react to OS updates. With Windows, it's "Oh God, another service pack?!"

I don't recall saying I "expected" it to be released earlier.I said I was "hoping"..

Plus I don't think there are any bugs with my system, besides iTunes lowering the volume on every single song in my library last major update, so I can no longer hear them that well through my built-in speaker

you can try incrementing the volume with the equalizer, that way you can hear trough your built-in speaker. (just adjust the pre-amp volume)

Nice to read that more updated are coming; always good.

At least Apple put to rest the hole never going to take any version of OS X above .9. i knew that if they wanted to they could have done any thing in the way of the version numbers to make another update to the OS.

When i updated to 10.4.9 i had a few problems creap uplike the connect to server stops responding during file transfer, and when i try to open the date and time frin the clock on the menu bar it just gives me the pin wheel of death. and there is a few other things

here goes to another update to tiger.
