Time Machine backups are interfering with Bluetooth on my MacBook Pro. Ever since I turned it on, each time an incremental backup starts my Apple bluetooth keyboard starts dropping it's connection. I hope this update fixes that annoying problem.

same prob with our bluetooth mighty mouse. whenever time machine backs up, we get choppy mouse response.

Cool, hopefully we'll see an update in the next few weeks.

One bug I always found curious, and was wondering if other people had experienced - when I eject media while having the Finder open as the active window, the media ejects however it also closes my Finder window instantly.

Has anyone else experienced this, or know what causes it or how to fix it? Maybe I should report it to Apple for 10.5.4... ;)

ever since the compromised Macbook Air, they're going to want to churn out fixes after that much negative publicity.

Would love it if they'd put a fix out that resolved the sound/video skipping that happens in the current and I believe previous OS update. So annoying.

I haven't had any of the iTunes problems or the media eject problem on my Mac. I'm wondering if they will be fixing the security issue(s) with Safari on this release.

AppleInsider has a similar article about the seed and it says the delta is over 400 MB and the combo is over 500 MB. That's big. Hopefully, this'll fix a lot of those "Unpatched bugs" mentioned in the thread about the MBA being hacked in 2 minutes. I don't remember any update being big for any 10.X release. Of course, the size will probably shrink when the developers get rid of the debugging info, but still.

I've noticed in 10.5.2 that when I click "Quit iTunes" from the iTunes menu, the application continues to run; if I click anywhere else other than my iTunes window, it quits immediately. No other app does this upon clicking "Quit" from the given app's menu.

I saw that issue in 10.5.1, been working fine since I installed 10.5.2. Are you using the latest iTunes?

No known issues? My Mail app crashes constantly after the 10.5.2 update, hoperfully it will become more stabile with 10.5.3

No issues here

Is there a full fledged fix list floating around on the internet yet? I remember seeing the extensive one for 10.5.2, but nothing for 10.5.3 yet.

No software update for 2 weeks now

Notice guys I have not seen a new update in two weeks. Before, every Tuesday a new update was out the door. I guess Apple:apple: is trying to get all the bugs out in one big update. I feel 10.5.3 Leopard will be super stable, and allot of problems will be solved by then. Oh! WWDC is coming up soon so apple might want to show off new products and stuff.

A fix for the way Front Row displays TV show seasons would be amazing.

Probably the most annoying thing about osx since it's not a mistake it's just idiotic.

is there any likelihood of updated graphics drivers for the 8800gt, or is this the type of issue which typically takes longer to be worked?

It seems like we're getting a Leopard update every month and a half or so. Is it just me or are we getting updates faster then we did with Tiger?

Will probably be done in a separate graphics update.

Macrumors is grey because of April Fools. And yes I think we are getting them faster too!

iTunes could use a couple of updates, it's been ages since it was significantly updated.

For now I'd be happy with a working "new mail" sound and mail hiding on start-up.

Well I had an other strange one... A few days ago, I couldn't use key-combos within the Finder (i.e. CMD-Delete didn't send my file to the Trash, CMD-I didn't bring the info panel, etc.) I couldn't even rename a file! I thought my keyboard was wonky but everything seems to be working fine in any other application...

2 restarts later, everything seems OK... for now...

That's not new to 10.5, at one point my 10.3 machine was doing that frequently for awhile, but I haven't seen it in a loooong time.
