isnt this cutting it too close to the rumored event on september 7th?
i don't recall there being this many betas and a short gap between the last beta and GM version.
You showing up fixed it. Thanks. All fine here. Both iPad Mini 4 and iPod Touch 6g got the update as soon as I checked for new updates. Don't see the problem y'all!
Yeah that didn't work either.
Um, wanna take it backNot able to update on any of my devices.
I am getting updates but if I get a new app from iTunes it never automatically downloads to device. iPad on 9.3.4 gets it but iPhone on iOS 10 beta doesnt. (duplicate bug in bugreports).Error messages here.
Anyone else experience broken App Store updates on other apps with the last PB release (last Friday or so).
Yes bug/feedback submitted, just haven't seen/heard anyone else experiencing the issue.
You guys need to give it a bit to settle in. Just after the update never is the device at its best. Indexing? who knows but never is it snappy just after an update but seems to get better after a while.Folders open quickly, but actual apps appear to be slower. Maybe it's an indexing/RAM thing?
Yup, mine is now downloading..DP OTA just went live. 26.2MB Air 2.
If I install the public beta on my iPad will I be able to update to the final release when it comes out?
Pretty small size for this update. Security fixes only from what they did with iOS 9.3.5? If so maybe this was released only so beta users are not affected and work on GM had been done already earlier?
This is my guess also, this release is the same security fix that was in 9.3.5.
Huh....well in that case....DARK MODE CONFIRMEDNope, that was included in Beta 7. Some people on reddit were able to 'discover' it. I don't know how, but thats what they said.
Does anyone else get this error when they plug in their iOS devices into their computer when running the iOS 10 beta? This didn't happen at all when I was running the iOS 9 versions. What should I do? The only way the devices charge is when I plug it into a wall outlet.

That's not new. That has to do with a insufficient power coming from the USB socket being used. A lot of laptops and lower amp chargers will cause an iPad to show that message. It doesn't mean that it's not getting power, just that it's not getting enough to really consider it as charging properly. (If you're seeing that on a device that didn't show it before, it's possible the threshold for that has changed slightly.)Does anyone else get this error when they plug in their iOS devices into their computer when running the iOS 10 beta?
