So far it seems to be stable. However Preview can't open any PDF's on my mac and obviously some third party apps like little snitch, Fuse for Mac OS and MS Powerpoint don't work properly or not at all.

Nonetheless, the whole system feels faster (especially Safari)
For me the system it's very stable but unfortunatelly my Macbook Pro 2015 started to overheat a lot after this update and I don't know why....

Does it support DisplayPort MST for daisy chaining DisplayPort monitors, or is Apple still trying to force people to buy Thunderbolt monitors?

lol. People have had it for a couple of hours. A first development beta is never a valid option for a production system. If you want to play, make sure you do a full backup (and know it works and know how to restore from it from a dead system) and then go ahead and give it a play.
The only time I ever used it as a main computer was with the Sierra beta. It was so stable I used it on my primary machine from day 1.

I Installed on 21"2013 imac had no problems with instalation but I have found this release very unstable and within tv app it is difficult to find shows and movies and a lot of the links unresponsive. It was nice to use as a look'se Fourtunatly thats a machine that dosent get much use. Do not install this version on any front line machine. As i have said before the first beta after the WDC is not a beta but an Alpha release.

Anyone else missing the Notes app?
No. For me every note is still in place. I found however another issue regarding the GPU history in activity monitor.

Installed Catalina on my 2012 Mac Mini and TVOS 13 on my Apple TV. Now when I try to connect to Mac from AppleTV, it says it can’t locate an iTunes library and that I must ensure that I have home sharing enabled on the Mac. Problem is, the menus have changed and I can’t see how to do this within the three new apps. Any ideas?
