Apple Seeds First Beta of Upcoming macOS Big Sur 11.1 Update to Developers

My iCloud tabs in Safari are no longer showing on my MacBook. It has that old "iCloud automatically shows all the open tabs on your other devices" message. Used to work just fine, showing my iPhone and iPad open tabs; Safari on my iPhone is showing my MacBook and iPad tabs.

Running 14.0.1 Safari, and iOS 14.3 beta, along with this OS 11.1 beta. Any suggestions?

UPDATE: Now with the new iOS 14.3 beta, I've got Safari tabs on my Mac, but now my iPhone shows my open iPad tabs but not my Mac's! I see this is also a topic on the 14.3 beta thread....

Build number is 20C5048k

Looks like if you download the full installer for this beta you get a slightly different build number 20C5048l. I downloaded it but not sure there is much point in installing over the top of 20C5048k.
