Well quite, and the first reported, was my point.
Does the order of something mentioned in an article written by a website imply anything in particular as far as what's actually in the update or anything like that?
Sadly that's what many people (non tech geeks) would see and would actually update for. I think Apple realises this, they know people are more likely to update if there's new emoji included.
Has Apple released any copy in relation to how this iOS update is publicized or anything like that?

How about they fix the Music app to make it as useful as it used to be? Multiple taps to bring up menus that were once easily accessible? Lack of swipe to unlock? Artist label showing EVERY artist ever purchased from iTunes instead of showing ONLY those artists currently residing on the phone itself? How are these "features" intuitive or useful to anyone?

Get over yourself. The Music app has many features. You can't just cram buttons everywhere. It may be multiple taps but everything is clearly labelled now and all of its features work with Siri which is no taps. As for swipe to unlock? That's gone forever. Deal with it.

Update: iOS 10.2 beta 4 is not currently available over-the-air, and there appears to be a bug with Apple's iOS servers. Developers who have installed iOS 10.2 beta 4 are being prompted to download iOS 10.2 beta 3, the previous beta, over-the-air after installing iOS 10.2 beta 4 using iTunes.

When the OTA update is suspiciously unavailable, it is incredibly unwise to just go ahead and download the IPSW and try to update via iTunes. It is an obvious signal that one should be patient, and wait.

Downloading OTA now on my iPhone 7 plus. It was 1.98GB to go from beta 3... Oddly enough, it says "Public Beta 4".

It just doesnt vibrate anymore. I've search and this seems to be a random issue that affects some people running iOS 10. I'm avoiding resetting to factory which is the only known solution so far.

Do not have that issue and no one that I know has that issue. I'm all my friends go to for tech support. Definitely seems like you need a restore.

woohooo. UK update OTA is available. at 1.9gb I suspect this is the final version.

Has anybody ever run across a bug in previous iOS versions in which group chats clone themselves when a new participant posts? My kids are going bonkers with the group chats cloning out of control. For the longest time we thought one of the kids was doing this but after speaking to everyone we found out it is some kind of bug. The kids are all on various apple devices from ipods to ipads to old Iphones and new Iphones. I'm not sure what version of iOS each kid is running.

Anyway I was just wondering if this was a known issue and had been fixed in any of the betas.
