Not sure about the US, but a lot of markets ban scrolling text on vehicle displays as it encourages the driver to keep their eyes fixed on it while it scrolls.

You never know. Apple may restore the feature in the future.I suspect Peak/Pop is gone forever.
All the rumors show them removing 3D Touch from the iPhone 11, so it sounds like they're trying to unify the feature set on all the phones.

I am having some mail issues and several freezes overall which force me to shutdown the iPad.
Once in a while I find my iPad has restarted on its own during the night.
This is all on my iPad Pro 11.
Other than that, best OS ever... cannot wait for the final release.

So frustrating to hear about the upcoming watered down 3d touch on existing devices. Apple should provide full functionality to existing iPhones!
Why is MacRumors always posting the whole damn iOS 13 features.... Beta + new features would be enough.
Hell, if it could do that and one or two more duties I’d have in mind, it could replace the wife. Don’t think I’ve ever had an argument with my iPhone
What do you mean exactly? Force touch works again on this beta and it has been previously stated that it not working was a bug.

Works for me.
Nothing comes up when I search. I use it to find apps on my phone. I swipe down and it gives me grid of 8 recent apps under Siri Suggestions and a couple other recent option under that, but doesn't recognize anything I type into the search box. No preview search, no results when I hit the search button, nothing... It works on my iPad under iOS13, but it's broken on my iPhone XS.
Unable to download watchOS 6 Developer beta 4 — iPhone just keeps saying it encountered an error / retry or cancel.
I re-downloaded the watchOS profile, rebooted both the XS and the series 4 to no avail.
Anyone else seeing this?

PocketCasts still compromised (the drag grid to control the order of the casts in the "up next" queue is still missing). It's going to be interesting to see if CarPlay has improved or not.

For me the whole Force Touch / 3D Touch business is overrated. What actual difference does it make if you hard press on an icon or just keep your finger still on it for a few seconds to bring up the same set of commands? I personally use both on iPhone 7 (Force Touch) and iPad Air 2 (long press), no issues whatsoever.
Notice on IPP 11, when I long press a safari I no longer have the option to open in another tab. Anyone else having this issue? It worked fine on the previous beta.
